California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To manage and oversee complex IT projects, the remote California Licensed Senior Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project activities, interacting with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with project requirements, while working on a contract basis for an initial duration of 12 months with potential for extension.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of IT projects, including project scope, requirements, and deliverables
• Coordinate and integrate project activities, monitor resources, and implement quality assurance processes
• Conduct analytical studies and ensure compliance with laws and regulations while participating in change control processes

Required qualifications

• Minimum of seven years of experience in project management, with at least four years as a senior PM on large or complex IT projects
• Experience in software development projects, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Dev Ops, and Agile Scrum for three or more years
• One year of experience with Azure Cloud and Lucid Chart
• Bachelor's degree and valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI
• Ability to substitute additional qualifying experience for required education on a year-for-year basis, but PMP certification is mandatory
