California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex iterative validation workflows, the full-time California Licensed Senior Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of linguistically validated patient-reported outcomes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while serving as the primary liaison with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and reconcile harmonized translations and back-translations efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with stakeholders to analyze results and recommend improvements
• Provide training and support to associate project managers and maintain accurate project documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, English, foreign language, social sciences, or a related field
• At least three years of successful experience in project management within linguistic validation
• Previous experience in the translation industry is preferred
• Strong knowledge of project management procedures and tools
• Proficiency in software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
