California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing complex iterative validation workflows, the full-time California Licensed Senior Project Manager will manage linguistic validation projects, ensure compliance with quality management systems, and serve as the primary liaison with clients while providing training and mentorship to team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate validation processes including harmonization, back-translation, expert reviews, and cognitive debriefing
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely communication with clients regarding project status
• Provide assistance and training to associate project managers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflow efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, English, foreign language, social sciences, or a related field
• At least three years of successful experience in project management, preferably in linguistic validation
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 quality management standards
• Strong knowledge of project management procedures and excellent proofreading skills
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CAT tools
