California Licensed Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of project managers, the full-time California Licensed Senior Project Manager will oversee the design, planning, and construction of real estate projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting while acting with fiduciary responsibility to client projects
• Coordinate due diligence, design, entitlements, and contractor selection while providing on-site supervision as needed
• Develop and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring adherence to company policies and effective team performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 10+ years of related experience with at least 2 years in a management role
• Advanced project management skills with expertise in client relations and consulting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and project management software
• Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and corporate real estate processes
