California Licensed Senior Property Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the remote California Licensed Senior Property Adjuster will independently manage high severity and complex property claims, including investigations, policy reviews, and negotiations, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and document property claims involving liability exposures and litigation proceedings
• Conduct detailed policy/coverage reviews, manage reserves, and negotiate settlements on complex losses
• Provide technical expertise and serve as a subject matter expert for claims-related projects

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of property claims experience
• 3+ years of property liability and litigation claim handling experience
• Adjuster licensed in home state or holds a non-resident license as needed
• Estimating skills
• Experience in catastrophe-focused environments is highly preferred
