Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of project/program management or agile delivery leadership experience
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience; Scrum Master or Product Owner certification preferred
- Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of software development and technology delivery
- Insurance industry experience preferred
