Job Summary

To provide expert leadership for a dedicated healthcare client portfolio, the full-time remote California Licensed Senior Transaction Manager will strategically direct and execute complex lease and capital transactions while building high-value client relationships and driving business growth across Oregon, California, and Hawaii.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to key stakeholders, aligning real estate strategies with business objectives
• Independently manage complex lease, purchase, and capital transactions, ensuring adherence to processes and standards
• Support the development and execution of portfolio strategies, providing financial analysis and identifying transaction opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Active real estate brokerage or salesperson license
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years as a Transaction Manager
• Healthcare real estate experience with knowledge of the healthcare regulatory environment, including Stark Law and AKS
• Demonstrated transaction management and negotiation skills, with proficiency in lease and contract review
