Job Summary
Leading the design and development of scalable HR solutions, the full-time Senior ServiceNow HRSD Developer will support Nvidia's HR initiatives in a hybrid role based in Santa Clara, CA, partnering with global stakeholders to enhance employee experiences and drive process transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and configure scalable solutions within ServiceNow HRSD, focusing on various HR service processes
- Serve as the technical lead for HRSD initiatives, guiding solution design and implementation strategies
- Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to analyze business needs and define technical solutions that align with best practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration, with significant expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
- Proven experience in architecting and implementing HRSD solutions and process automation
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON for ServiceNow development
- ServiceNow HRSD certification required
