Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workflow Deployment- ServiceNow Adjunct Instructor.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses and organize instruction to maximize student engagement
- Design and update course materials, including hands-on labs and assessments, ensuring alignment with college standards
- Maintain compliance with accreditation standards and collaborate with colleagues for program improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
- Minimum three years of professional experience with ServiceNow or two years of administration experience
- Preferred industry certifications related to ServiceNow
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses
- Demonstrated expertise in using ServiceNow platform functions and features
