California Licensed Social Worker
Job Summary
Providing on-call support remotely, the California Licensed Social Worker will assess and triage patients via telehealth, conduct psychosocial assessments, and deliver a full range of clinical social work consult services in a variable schedule position.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide treatment recommendations for patients in emergency and inpatient settings
- Deliver crisis intervention and mental health diagnosis while ensuring effective discharge planning
- Collaborate with the Psychiatrist on the Enterprise Telehealth team for patient handoffs and ongoing care
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
- California Clinical Social Worker License upon hire
- 5 years post-graduate experience in an Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health setting
- Experience with Electronic Health Records, preferably EPIC
