California Licensed Sr. Manager, IRT
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on California Licensed Sr. Manager, IRT for a fully remote contract position, responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and lifecycle management of IRT/RTSM platforms across clinical trials while collaborating with Clinical Supply Chain, Operations, and IT.
Key responsibilities
- Lead study-level IRT builds from protocol kickoff to decommissioning, managing vendor timelines
- Translate protocols into User Requirement Specifications (URS) and orchestrate cross-functional User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Provide operational oversight during trials, refining resupply parameters and managing protocol amendments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, engineering, supply chain, or information systems
- 5+ years in clinical supply chain or clinical operations with hands-on IRT/RTSM study ownership
- Demonstrated experience with complete IRT builds including URS authoring and UAT leadership
- Deep understanding of GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, and randomization methodologies
- Proven track record managing external IRT vendors across concurrent trials
