California Licensed Staff Attorney

Job Summary

To support a very active litigation docket, the contract California Licensed Staff Attorney will manage the litigation lifecycle, focusing on document collections, eDiscovery, and coordinating information across related matters while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage document collections and ensure appropriate materials are organized and available for review
• Oversee and coordinate document review processes, tracking eDiscovery deadlines and case milestones
• Collaborate with litigation teams and stakeholders to develop organized processes for managing documents across related matters

Required qualifications

• JD and an active member in good standing of the California state bar
• Experience with relational document review databases, such as Relativity
• Experience supporting complex litigation and eDiscovery in a law firm environment
• Strong understanding of document collection and eDiscovery processes
• Experience managing document review projects and litigation deadlines
