California Licensed Strategic Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Pediatric Health Education Institute's mission, the full-time Senior Strategic Program Manager will manage and execute high-impact programs, coordinate operational initiatives, and facilitate stakeholder engagement in a remote position requiring occasional on-site visits in California.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement complex education and workforce development programs aligned with the Institute's objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and manage partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee day-to-day program operations, including budget administration and program evaluation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, healthcare education, or workforce development
• Proven experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and relationship building
• Bachelor's degree in public health, education, healthcare administration, or a related field
• Experience in overseeing program operations, including budgeting and project management
