Job Summary
To support complex application environments, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage incident and problem resolution processes, oversee system configuration, and collaborate with technical teams remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts business-specific projects by applying expertise to solve complex problems and promote adherence to procedures
- Collaborates with stakeholders to resolve system and application issues while ensuring continuous improvement through customer feedback
- Monitors and manages the stability and performance of enterprise systems, performing complex systems analysis and documentation
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
