Job Summary
To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage incident and problem resolution processes, oversee business-specific projects, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complex system configurations and application-specific issues while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
- Drive incident and problem management processes, including root cause analysis and escalation of unresolved issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate system performance and implement improvements based on customer feedback
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages preferred
