Job Summary
To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage system stability and performance, oversee incident management processes, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve application-specific issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts and oversees business-specific projects, applying expertise to develop work plans and coordinate resources
- Collaborates with technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex system and application issues
- Monitors and manages the performance and availability of enterprise systems, ensuring timely delivery of solutions
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience working in IT or operations
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
