Job Summary
To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage system configuration, drive incident and problem management processes, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and effective resource management
- Lead complex systems analysis to enhance stability, availability, and performance across enterprise systems
- Provide technical support and administration for both production and non-production environments, including documentation and performance tuning
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum eight (8) years of experience working in IT or operations
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages preferred
