California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage system configuration, drive incident and problem management processes, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and effective resource management
• Lead complex systems analysis to enhance stability, availability, and performance across enterprise systems
• Provide technical support and administration for both production and non-production environments, including documentation and performance tuning

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience working in IT or operations
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages preferred
