California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage system stability, oversee business-specific projects, and collaborate with technical teams remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts and oversees business-specific projects, applying deep expertise to solve complex problems and meet organizational goals
• Collaborates with technical and project teams to resolve system and application-specific issues while ensuring compliance with procedures and policies
• Monitors and manages the performance and availability of enterprise systems, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents to minimize disruptions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages
• Five (5) years system administration experience
