Job Summary
To support the Pathology and Genetics department, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage complex system configurations, drive incident and problem management processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-specific issues in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects by applying deep expertise and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
- Monitor and manage the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems through complex systems analysis
- Communicate with product users and suppliers to prioritize customer requirements and maintain continuous improvement
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years working in IT or operations
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
- Five (5) years of system administration experience
