California Licensed Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage system configurations, oversee incident management processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-specific issues.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures while coordinating resources and solving complex problems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system and application issues, while communicating with users to prioritize requirements and drive improvements
- Manage the stability and performance of enterprise systems, performing complex analysis and documentation to enhance system configurations
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with eight (8) years of experience in IT or operations
