California Licensed Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support the Pathology and Genetics department, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage complex system configurations, oversee application support, and drive incident management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts business-specific projects, applying deep expertise to solve complex problems and monitor progress towards organizational goals
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system and application-specific issues, ensuring stability and performance of enterprise systems
- Creates and maintains documentation for system configurations and procedural information, while providing technical support for production environments
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, along with a minimum of eight (8) years working in IT or operations
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages
- Five (5) years of system administration experience
