California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Driving incident and problem management processes, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will oversee complex system configurations, manage enterprise system stability, and collaborate with technical teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts business-specific projects, applying expertise to solve complex problems and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
• Collaborates with technical leaders to resolve system and application-specific issues, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
• Monitors and manages the performance of enterprise systems, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents to minimize disruptions

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with eight (8) years of relevant IT or operations experience
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages
• Five (5) years of system administration experience
