California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator V will manage incident and problem resolution, oversee system configurations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and stability.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts business-specific projects, applying expertise to solve complex problems and manage resources effectively
• Collaborates with technical teams to resolve application-specific issues and communicates with users to prioritize requirements
• Plans and performs complex system configurations while monitoring and optimizing system performance and availability

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large software applications is preferred
