California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To drive incident and problem management processes, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will oversee complex system configurations, resolve application-specific issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and performance of enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts business-specific projects and oversees adherence to procedures and policies while managing resources to meet organizational goals
• Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system problems and communicates with users to prioritize customer requirements and maintain continuous improvement
• Plans and performs complex system configurations, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate while managing incidents to minimize system issues

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages
• Five (5) years of system administration experience
