California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage system stability and performance, oversee business-specific projects, and collaborate with technical teams remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts and oversees projects, applying expertise to meet business priorities and deadlines while solving complex problems
• Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system issues and communicates with users to prioritize customer requirements and maintain continuous improvement
• Plans and performs complex system configurations, manages application-oriented administration, and develops guidelines to prevent recurring problems

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
• Five (5) years of system administration experience
