California Licensed Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage incident and problem resolution, oversee business-specific projects, and ensure system stability and performance across enterprise systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees business-specific projects, coordinating resources and ensuring adherence to procedures and policies
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system and application-specific issues while communicating with users and suppliers for continuous improvement
- Plans and performs complex system configurations, manages system stability, and documents system configurations and procedures
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
