California Licensed Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support enterprise systems, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage complex system configurations, resolve application-specific issues, and drive incident management processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects by applying expertise and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve system problems and enhance application performance
- Monitor and manage the stability and performance of enterprise systems, diagnosing and resolving complex incidents
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role within IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
- Five (5) years of system administration experience
