California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support the Pathology and Genetics team, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage complex system configurations, drive incident management processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve application-specific issues in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to policies and effective resource allocation
• Resolve complex system problems and application issues by collaborating with technical teams and product users
• Monitor and maintain the stability and performance of enterprise systems through complex systems analysis

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role within IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, plus eight (8) years of relevant IT experience
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
• Five (5) years of system administration experience
