California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator V will manage incident and problem resolution processes, oversee business-specific projects, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects by applying deep expertise and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
• Manage complex system configurations and perform analysis to identify and resolve issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with users to drive continuous improvement and resolve application-specific problems

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
• Five (5) years of system administration experience
