California Licensed Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support Pathology and Genetics applications, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator V will manage complex system configurations, oversee application support, and drive incident resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and promoting organizational goals
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system problems and application-specific issues
- Monitors and manages the stability, availability, and performance of enterprise systems
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
- Five (5) years of system administration experience
