Job Summary
Driving incident and problem management processes, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will resolve complex issues, oversee business-specific projects, and manage system configurations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversees business-specific projects and coordinates resources to meet organizational goals
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system and application-specific issues
- Monitors and manages the stability and performance of enterprise systems through complex systems analysis
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years of experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
- Five (5) years of system administration experience
