California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support the Pathology and Genetics team, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage complex system configurations, oversee application administration, and drive incident and problem management processes to ensure system stability and performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts business-specific projects by applying expertise and coordinating resources to achieve organizational goals
• Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system problems and communicates with users to prioritize customer requirements
• Monitors and performs complex systems analysis to identify problems and opportunities for improvement in enterprise systems

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum eight (8) years working in IT or operations
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages is preferred
