California Licensed Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support complex application and infrastructure needs, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage system stability, oversee incident resolution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to procedures and developing work plans to meet organizational goals
- Resolve system problems and application-specific issues in collaboration with technical and project team leaders
- Monitor and manage the performance and availability of enterprise systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting complex incidents
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Five (5) years of experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications
- Five (5) years of system administration experience
