California Licensed Systems Administrator
Job Summary
To support the Pathology and Genetics team, the full-time remote California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage complex system configurations, oversee application-specific issues, and drive incident management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducts business-specific projects by applying expertise and developing work plans to meet organizational goals
- Collaborates with technical teams to resolve system problems and ensures the stability and performance of enterprise systems
- Monitors service levels and provides technical support for production and non-production environments
Required qualifications:
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
- Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of eight (8) years in IT or operations
