California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Driving incident and problem management processes, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will oversee complex system configurations, resolve application-specific issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducts business-specific projects by applying deep expertise and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
• Monitors and resolves complex incidents to ensure system stability and performance across multiple IT domains
• Communicates with product users and stakeholders to identify opportunities and maintain continuous improvement through feedback

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• Minimum two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages
• Five (5) years of system administration experience
