California Licensed Systems Administrator

Job Summary

To support the Pathology and Genetics team, the full-time California Licensed Systems Administrator will manage complex system configurations, resolve application-specific issues, and drive incident management processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee business-specific projects, ensuring adherence to policies and coordinating resources to meet organizational goals
• Collaborate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve system problems, escalating critical issues as necessary
• Manage the stability and performance of enterprise systems through complex systems analysis and documentation

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in end-to-end application/infrastructure production support
• At least two (2) years in a leadership role working with IT or operational teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum eight (8) years of experience working in IT or operations
• Experience in the administration and custom configuration of large off-the-shelf applications or software packages preferred
