Job Summary
To support the optimization of electronic health records, the full-time California Licensed Systems Analyst will manage the build, maintenance, and troubleshooting of assigned applications while collaborating with clinical teams and users in a remote-local capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Master assigned applications and workflows, ensuring effective development and maintenance of the Epic application
- Gather end user requirements and evaluate complex workflows, providing support during software implementations and updates
- Lead complex projects associated with assigned applications, overseeing upgrades and service updates while maintaining customer service focus
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, informatics, education, business, or information systems
- Epic certification in Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose Analytics/Clinical Build
- Previous experience as a systems analyst with a strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and project management skills
- Three years of related experience in Healthy Planet or Ambulatory settings preferred
