Job Summary
Supporting the office of the Chief Security Officer during the night shift, the California Licensed Systems Security Engineer will design, implement, and manage security systems while ensuring data protection, with a remote/hybrid work arrangement and hours from 11:00 PM to 6:30 AM Pacific Time.
Key responsibilities
- Configure and respond to essential security alerts across multiple platforms
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding risks and information security threats
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of the firm's security processes and procedures
Required qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in information technology
- Three (3) or more years in a system security engineering or security analyst role
- Experience analyzing data loss prevention and security event logs
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to data protection
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
