Job Summary
Supporting the office of the Chief Security Officer during the night shift, the California Licensed Systems Security Engineer will design, implement, and manage security systems while ensuring data protection and responding to security alerts in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, respond to, and create essential security alerts across multiple platforms
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding risks, threats, and system configurations
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of security processes and procedures
Required qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience in information technology
- Three (3) or more years in a system security engineering or security analyst role
- Experience in managing security events and performing forensic investigations
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to data protection and privacy
- Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
