Job Summary

Providing continuity of care remotely, the per diem California Licensed TeleHealth RN will manage inbound and outbound calls, coordinate telehealth meetings, and resolve logistical issues for participants, ensuring timely care delivery during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Handle calls and consult with other clinicians to address participant needs within the scope of practice
• Coordinate telehealth meetings between participants and clinical staff
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistical care delivery issues, escalating to management when necessary

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing with an unencumbered RN license
• Nursing knowledge and skills to treat frail, elderly participants and manage complex clinical situations
• Ability to work assigned shifts that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent clinical, organizational, and communication skills in senior care settings
• Highly motivated and self-directed, capable of making sound decisions in emergency situations
