Job Summary
Offering a part-time, fully remote opportunity, a California Licensed Telemedicine Veterinarian will provide expert guidance to pet parents through scheduled telemedicine visits, committing to 4+ hours per week while addressing canine and feline health issues.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the portal, conduct scheduled visits, and respond to teletriage requests with empathy and professionalism
- Perform video consultations regarding pet health problems and complete necessary follow-up documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and support the Care Team with additional duties as needed
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of clinical experience as a veterinarian
- DVM or equivalent degree
- US state license, preferably in AL, AZ, CA, FL, ID, IN, KS, LA, MA, ME, MO, MS, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TX, VT, or VA
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.) and comfortable using desktop and mobile apps
