Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the California Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals, ensuring effective healthcare services and facilitating their return to work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and assess treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals, collaborating with physicians and employers
- Conduct interviews to evaluate recovery progress and determine the nature of injuries
- Independently prioritize and manage a caseload, providing status updates and training as needed
Required qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California required
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience preferred
- URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS) preferred
- Reliable internet access for remote work
