Job Summary
To support injured workers remotely, the Telephonic Nurse Case Manager (California Licensed) will assess the needs of individuals with work-related injuries and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop effective treatment plans, requiring a current California RN license and residence outside California.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver tailored case management for individuals with work-related injuries
- Collaborate with physicians and claims adjusters on efficient, budget-conscious treatment strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the key link between patients and their healthcare providers
Required qualifications
- Current California RN license and active compact RN license in another state
- Residence outside of California
- ASN or higher nursing degree
- Clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, or Neurology
- Workers' compensation case management experience (preferred)
