Job Summary

Partnering with stakeholders to drive business insights, the remote California Licensed Test & Learn Analyst will design test experiments, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve business strategies and decision-making processes.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver creative test solutions and strategies in collaboration with business stakeholders to achieve real business results
• Communicate actionable test results clearly to both technical and non-technical partners, ensuring broad understanding
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing based on impact to the business and customers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on data-driven projects
• Proficiency in Mastercard's Test & Learn tool for test analysis and optimization
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling, including segmentation and hypothesis testing
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex findings to senior management
• Bachelor's degree in applied Statistics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Market Analysis, or related fields
