California Licensed Therapist

Job Summary

To support a transformative approach to mental healthcare, the full-time California Licensed Therapist will establish rapport with patients, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders, creating individualized treatment plans
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months of experience in a clinical setting after obtaining full licensure
• Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist license based on office location
• Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, with familiarity in NextGen preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus, but not required
