Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time or full-time California Licensed Therapist will provide virtual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients, focusing on a range of behavioral health concerns, while working remotely with a flexible schedule and a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide virtual individual psychotherapy to adult clients
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist [PsyD/PhD])
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care
- Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
- Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
