California Licensed Therapist
Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health team, a part-time California Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist) will provide weekly virtual therapy sessions, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with support teams in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing, weekly virtual therapy sessions to a diverse population of clients
- Maintain a minimum productivity expectation of 18 billable sessions per week
- Complete all required clinical documentation, including assessments and progress notes, on the same day services are provided
Required qualifications:
- Must be a fully licensed behavioral health practitioner in the State of California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist)
- Must adhere to all applicable legal, ethical, and professional standards
- Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant space to provide telehealth sessions
- Must be available to work 24 hours per week
- Strong clinical skills and comfortable providing therapy independently via telehealth
