Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, a California Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist) will provide remote, trauma-informed therapy for clients dealing with PTSD, grief, and related mental health concerns, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Provide virtual psychotherapy to clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions
- Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on presenting concerns
- Utilize evidence-guided therapeutic approaches and deliver culturally responsive, client-centered care
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
- Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills
- Experience providing trauma-informed care and treating PTSD, grief, or related concerns
- Commitment to evidence-based and evidence-guided care
- Ability to maintain a minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability
