Job Summary
To support a dedicated healthcare client portfolio, the full-time remote California Licensed Transactions Manager will lead and execute real estate lease transactions, manage client relationships, and drive business growth across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders on real estate transactions and manage transaction reporting
- Independently execute lease transactions, negotiate terms, and support site selection and evaluation
- Assist in managing client deliverables, create financial reports, and provide analysis to support real estate decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active real estate brokerage or salesperson license
- 3-5+ years of commercial real estate transaction or leasing experience
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in transaction execution
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments, including Stark Law and AKS
