California Licensed Trust and Safety Analyst
Job Summary
To support the IP operations team, the full-time temporary California Licensed Trust and Safety Analyst will process operational queues, handle escalations, and perform root cause analysis while working remotely during regular business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Process IP operations queues according to documented SOPs and policy guidelines
- Handle escalations by triaging, investigating, and routing complex cases to appropriate stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis on errors and trends, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in trust & safety operations or content moderation
- 2+ years of experience in integrity/IP enforcement or a comparable operational program management role
- Demonstrated ability to follow SOPs while exercising judgment on nuanced cases
- Experience with escalation handling and operational reporting
